Besides our low pricing, we try to keep things simple and straightforward. So we're not going to hit you up for stuff like crazy set-up fees, custom ink mixing, or so-called rush charges if you need things fast. We will always work with you to make things the easiest and most economical they can be for you, rather than looking for ways to gouge you. (And we guarantee our work and products 101%.)

There are 4 main things that affect the cost of getting shirts screen printed:

- whether or not there's a ton of pre-press to do

> Tips For Keeping Your Costs Down

Nobody likes inflation and the rising cost of everything, and we understand that minding your budget is more important than ever. Rocket Science prides ourself on offering the most affordable high-quality screenprinting options in the Boston area, and we are happy to help you get the most value and bang for your dollar.

To that end, you may consider some of these simple ideas for saving some $ :
- Don't get a swankier brand of shirt than you really need.
- Diversify your order thru different garment types rather than multiple designs.
- Keep your printing on a single side.
- Creatively reduce the number of colors in your design.
- Pick up in historic Uphams Corner, Boston instead of shipping.

> Volume Discounts

Because our regular prices are lower than most shirt makers volume pricing, we don't have a formal price break chart. But we greatly appreciate your patronage. So for orders over 150 or so garments, don't hesitate to ask if we might be able to crunch some numbers a little harder for you.

Generally what determines volume discounts is :
- quantity
- our schedule
- how time consuming the job is
- how nice you are

> Minimums

We usually have a 36 piece minimum for all screenprinting orders.
If circumstances allow, we may sometimes be able to accomodate smaller orders. But you will incur additional screen charges (see Pre-Press above).

You can split up your order among different shirt styles, sizes, etc. however you'd like, so long as it's the same press set-up. That means same design, same print size, same color ink.

If you only need a few shirts, getting them done by a local place that offers digital (or DTG) printing would be a more appropriate option than a tradtional screenprinter like us.

> Turnaround Time

We try to turn stuff around within about 5-6 business days of receiving your complete order specs and files and confirming available inventory. We can often do things quicker if our schedule allows. Just ask. And please keep in mind that because we book our press schedule on a first-come-first-served basis, that we can sometimes have all of the open spots on the docket completely sold out within a certain time block. Again, just ask.
